Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled biomedical or medical engineer to join a leading manufacturer of medical equipment, offering exceptional opportunities for career development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of medical equipment, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
  • Work with a range of technologically innovative patient ventilators, patient monitors, critical care systems, and anaesthesia delivery systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • A competent background in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity, gained within a high-value capital equipment environment.
  • A qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to a minimum of ONC level.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
