About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic Guest Relations Executive to join our team at The Dilly A Leonardo Royal Hotel. As a face of the hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visitor feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring the service to meet their individual needs
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel services and promotions, using this knowledge to offer personalized recommendations and enhance the guest experience
  • Act as a point of contact for guests, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
