Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring alignment across different departments and providing direct support on process improvements and various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle operational tasks across departments and minimize the risk of errors.
- Assist with pricing, sales, production, and distribution activities.
- Provide technical assistance to clients and staff.
- Monitor for problems and take necessary action or escalate them to the operations manager.
- Contribute to the production of the company's products.
- Maintain composure and handle pressure with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
Education/Experience:
- Relevant in business, administration, or a related field. However, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
