Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring alignment across different departments and providing direct support on process improvements and various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle operational tasks across departments and minimize the risk of errors.
  • Assist with pricing, sales, production, and distribution activities.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and staff.
  • Monitor for problems and take necessary action or escalate them to the operations manager.
  • Contribute to the production of the company's products.
  • Maintain composure and handle pressure with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Education/Experience:

  • Relevant in business, administration, or a related field. However, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
