Job Summary:

The Recruitment Experts is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Lettings Process Management: Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants and providing valuable insights into the local rental market.
  • Rental Negotiations: Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
