Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor to join our team. As a Commercial Surveyor and registered valuer, you will be providing a wide range of formal written valuations and professional landlord and tenant advice for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Red Book Standards.
  • Provide landlord and tenant advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with commercial property management teams.
  • Report to the Head of Commercial.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years MRICS PQE.
  • Registered Valuer.
  • Clean PI record.
  • Experience in valuing: Industrial, Retail, Residential, mixed use, offices and HMOs.
  • Proven experience in landlord and tenant work.
  • Good report writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the local property market across the wider Midlands area.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Supporting other team members and recognising the work of others.
  • Confident in your ability to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Sharp, enthusiastic, and accountable.
