Strategic Client Portfolio Manager

Fitch Learning is seeking a skilled professional to manage a defined portfolio of strategic client accounts across Europe. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with client contacts, identify new business opportunities, and work with subject-matter-experts to design solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow client portfolios
  • Collaborate with subject-matter-experts to design solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage data and information closely and accurately using Salesforce
  • Produce regular revenue forecasts and justify them clearly

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales/relationship management, ideally in the financial services education sector
  • Proven track record in developing new business with major Financial Institutions
  • Ability to understand client strategy and build a business action plan
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach
