About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated teaching assistant to join our team as an Intervention Lead. This role requires someone who is passionate about providing high-quality support to learners with a range of needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students. They will also be confident in leading groups and developing individualised learning plans.

Key Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and students

Salary: £27,711 - £30,060 per annum (pro rata), £23,728 - £26,201 per annum
