Job Summary

Forcepoint is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Reading, Italy. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building new business and expanding existing accounts for all Forcepoint solutions in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand existing accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide timely follow-up and closure of all identified opportunities
  • Actively manage and close forecasted opportunities
  • Provide regular business pipeline reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian language
  • Proven track record of success in managing and developing existing accounts
  • Experience selling to C-Suite is an advantage
  • Experience of closing business and working in a high-tech organization
  • PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
