As a key member of the Stonewater team, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our national customer-facing program. This program encompasses planned investment, cyclical and major works, responsive repairs, and voids. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing and fostering long-term strategic relationships with key partners.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in developing and embedding strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
- A track record of leading national, multi-disciplined teams across a wide geographical area.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
- The ability to drive costs down while enhancing economic and social value.
- Demonstrable experience in managing large national service budgets.
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant IT tools.
- Knowledge of the housing industry, including building components and defect diagnosis.
- Understanding of building law, regulation, building contracts, contract law, and Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
Appointment to this role will be contingent upon satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
