Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Baston House School, a specialist ASC provision in Bromley, Kent.

Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum dependent on experience

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding SEN Teacher to work with students who have complex needs, autism, and learning difficulties. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging learning activities that stimulate interest and excitement in the classroom.

You will work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing learning environment designed around each individual's needs, spending quality time with each student. You will observe, monitor, and assess them, ensuring their personal development and wellbeing are as important as the academic curriculum.
