Job Description:
We are currently seeking an SEN Teacher to join one of our client schools in Hayes. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons and interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Collaborating with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Providing emotional and behavioral support to students, promoting their social and emotional development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching students with SEN.
- Specialization in SEN or relevant SEN teaching qualifications are advantageous.
- A passion for working with students with SEN and a commitment to their educational and emotional well-being.
