SEN Teacher Role

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEN Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive two-form entry school in Hayes. As a dedicated educator, you will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.

As an SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored instruction and support to students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and emotional growth of all students.
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- A strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
This role offers a competitive pay rate of £150-£200 per day, reflective of your skills and experience. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all workers to undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
