About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Bicester Village. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and receive a personalized shopping experience.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Keep up to date with current trends and the brand's place within the market, providing customers with expert advice and recommendations.

Requirements

  • You must have a positive can-do attitude, facing all situations in the store with enthusiasm and passion.
  • You should be passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail in general, with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You should be flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
