We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Sales Portfolio Manager to join our client's Customer Service and Sales team on a permanent, full-time basis in North Leicester.
Salary Details:
The estimated salary for this role is £34,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
About the Role:
- To work closely with the Sales Team to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and completing various administrative tasks.
- To provide support to the Sales Team in managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and escalating issues as necessary.
- To maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and other relevant data.
Key Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a related field or significant experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
