Customer Services Executive

**Job Description**:
Pertemps are extremely excited to be working with a Global manufacturing company who have recently acquired premises in Brierley Hill. We are working with them to hire a dynamic Customer Services Executive. You will be part of a back-office team which includes office management, marketing, warehouse and after sales.
As a Customer Services Executive you will handle and manage orders for our dealer customers. Placing orders, following through the warehouse, making sure deliveries are completed on time. Also, you will have contact with end users who have questions about orders and products.
You will report to the Managing Director and your responsibilities will include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your area of responsibility as Customer Service Specialist- Receipt, recording and processing of customer orders in SAP S/4- Complete order management for the UK & Ireland sales region- Management of customer enquiries and complaints in Salesforce- Continuous improvement (CIP) of relevant - also SAP-based - processes- Communication and coordination with internal and external process partnersKEY REQUIREMENTS
- Professional experience in order management- Very good user knowledge of SAP S/4 or SAGE or similar systems- Good knowledge of MS Office- Process-oriented work- Flexibility and high team orientation- Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation- Fluency in written and spoken English.- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills.- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.In return we will provide the following:
