ServiceNow Developer Role in London

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in London. This is a 6-month contract with potential extension, working on-site one day a week, developing solutions on the ServiceNow SaaS platform.

About the Role

The client is implementing ServiceNow across various key processes, seeking a technically-minded individual to join the team and work with new technology to deliver valuable solutions. The role requires a hands-on ServiceNow Development/Administrator to take responsibility for the ServiceNow platform, developing client-focused solutions in multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform intermediate to advanced level development tasks within ITSM/CSM/ITOM applications.
  • Design and develop software with a focus on automation of build, test, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure the ServiceNow platform meets technical, security, statutory, and business requirements.
  • Manage and support the ServiceNow platform, including deployments.
  • Produce business requirements, technical specifications, and configuration documents.
Requirements
  • ServiceNow Administrator certification and Application Developer/Implementation Specialist experience.
  • Proven track record of implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including screen design and workflow automation.
  • Experience with development on large transformation projects in agile environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong understanding of development methodologies and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks.
  • Extensive knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS scripting within ServiceNow.
