Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Webologix Ltd/ INC. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop workflows and process automations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead the development team, providing technical direction and guidance to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
  • Address support tickets and incidents related to ServiceNow workflows, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of workflows and related services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years working specifically with ServiceNow Request workflows.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Strong experience in Core Java development and related frameworks.
  • Proven experience working with Agile Scrum practices and methodologies for development projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's architecture, including class hierarchy, UpdateSet hierarchy, data layers, UI Actions/Policies, deployment, and flow design.
Optional Skills:
  • ServiceNow Scripting: Experience with JavaScript for custom workflows and scripting within ServiceNow.
  • Java/J2EE Development: Additional experience in Java/J2EE frameworks.
  • Frontend Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, Angular, and other frontend technologies for creating responsive user interfaces.
