ServiceNow Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead and own ServiceNow deliveries, mentor team members, and implement best practices. The successful candidate will participate in all phases of design, development, and deployment in ServiceNow, ensuring high-quality solutions that align with ITIL processes and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with core ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and more.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow implementations, guiding and mentoring team members on best practices for ServiceNow development.
  • Define, implement, and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, reviewing and monitoring team activities to ensure adherence to standards and quality.
  • Conduct trainings on ServiceNow modules and processes, ensuring team members have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Perform due diligence on customer tools, processes, and projects, documenting findings and recommendations to ensure accurate foundation data management and data modeling.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Glide scripting, Glide Records, etc.)
  • Expertise in creating custom related lists, Access Control Lists, and script-based UI policies, with proficiency in rendering forms, lists, UI pages, and working with Jelly.
  • Experience with Web Service Integration, LDAP, and importing data from external sources, with ability to design macros, formatters, and work with complex log files.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including external tools, applications, and systems, with required certifications in ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow Admin.
