Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accountancy and Payroll Clerk to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in payroll administration and possess excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly timesheet submissions across multiple payrolls
- Assist with payroll queries and ensure accuracy of calculations
- Administer employee benefits such as pension, healthcare, and life assurance schemes
- Work closely with the third-party payroll provider to resolve queries and discrepancies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll administration or a related field
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
