Payroll Administration Specialist

The Payroll Administrator will oversee complex multi-country payrolls, ensuring timely processing of salaries, deductions, and benefits. Key responsibilities include managing payroll administration, approving reports and payments, and partnering with vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently manage payroll and/or benefits administration for each country, ensuring vendors are held accountable for statutory obligations and understand Moody's policy, procedures, and culture.
- Responsible for checking and approving all payroll reports and payments as generated by the vendor or produced internally.
- Provide regular instruction to vendors and ensure they perform within the terms of the contract while adhering to agreed fees.
- Partner with peer members to ensure accurate data and record maintenance and regular review.
- Execute payroll and statutory benefits programs for assigned countries, ensuring existing practices are accurate and comply with local legislation and Moody's policy requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries related to assigned areas of focus or countries.
- Experience in a HR specialized role, ideally in payroll area preferably within the global financial services sectors.
- Good knowledge of local employment law and payroll practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
