Maintaining accuracy and compliance in payroll operations is crucial to our success at Moody's. We need an experienced Payroll and Compliance Manager to oversee our multi-country payroll processes and ensure timely salaries, deductions, and benefits processing for assigned countries.

The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 per annum. This key position involves managing payroll and benefits administration for each country, ensuring vendors meet statutory obligations and understand Moody's policy and culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and approving payroll reports and payments generated by vendors or internally, providing regular instruction to vendors, and partnering with peers to maintain accurate data and records. They will also execute payroll and statutory benefits programs for assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local legislation and Moody's policy.

  • Experience in HR, ideally in payroll, preferably in global financial services.
  • Good knowledge of local employment law and payroll practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS system.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
