Customer Service Helpdesk Engineer Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Helpdesk Engineer Lead to join our team at STELLAR360. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and providing technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily engineering projects, schedule appointments, update documents, and communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Lead a team of engineers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure field engineers update records in real time and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Liaise with customers on project updates, preventative maintenance, and rental equipment collection.
- Assist with order processing, stock management, and general office administration.
- Create and distribute service reports, patch updates, and other required communications.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Helpdesk/Service Desk role, with customer support expertise.
- IT knowledge or interest (qualifications desirable).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in IT systems, data entry, and administrative tasks.
