Job Overview:

The UKI Purchase Ledger Professional will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger function for Tunstall UKI. This includes authorising supplier invoices, processing payments, and reconciling supplier statements.

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Manage the purchase ledger function to ensure accuracy and completeness of supplier invoices.">
  3. Process invoices against purchase orders and ensure purchase orders are closed on IFS.">
  4. Reconcile supplier statements monthly.">
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.">

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: Whitley Lodge, Yorkshire.

Remote Status: Hybrid Remote.

Employment Type: Full-time.
