Job Overview

Elevation Recruitment Group Accountancy & Finance is seeking a driven and customer-focused Credit Controller to join their team in Goole, ensuring timely payments and efficient query resolutions.

This is a permanent position, combining remote work (2 days) with office attendance (3 days), allowing for excellent work-life balance.

  • Proactively manage debt collection via phone and email, effectively building strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure accurate ledgers and minimize overdue debt, utilizing skills in IT systems and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effectively manage customer and colleague interactions, resolving queries promptly and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in credit control or collections, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, with the ability to utilize technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the maintenance of accurate ledgers and minimization of overdue debt.
  • Ongoing studies towards AAT qualification, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary up to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
