**Job Title:** Growth Marketing Director

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced Growth Marketing Director to join our team at Gopuff. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive paid social strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and refine Gopuff's paid social strategy to achieve business objectives* * Create and optimize performance-driven paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat* * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure paid social efforts align with broader brand and growth goals* * Analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven decision-making* * Manage paid social budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies that deliver high-quality results* * Work closely with the Creative team to develop compelling ad assets that maximize ROI and customer acquisition*

**Ideal Candidate**
* 5+ years of experience in a senior paid social or performance marketing role* * Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and inform strategy* * Proven track record of driving business growth through paid social channels* * Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines* * Hands-on experience with campaign tools, audience segmentation, and A/B testing*
