We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our client's sales team, focusing on the German market. This role requires a strong background in sales, with a focus on technical understanding and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing technical consultation and advice on product fit.
  • Assist in expanding the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets through market research, stakeholder engagement, and tailored marketing strategies.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of the recycling process on a technical and commercial level.
  • Analyze and understand technical site/process drawings.
Requirements
  • German as a native language; fluent in English.
  • Strong sales background, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients through technical understanding and customer needs analysis.
  • STEM or engineering background/understanding.
  • Full driving license.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
