Assistant Director of Mental Health Services

We are recruiting an Assistant Director of Mental Health Services to join our leadership team at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve mental health services for children and young people.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in CAMHS provision. The postholder will work closely with other professionals to ensure that our services meet the needs of our patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a doctorate in clinical psychology or equivalent, as well as significant experience of leading and managing teams. They will also have a proven track record of developing and implementing business cases and securing funding.
The salary for this position is £63,000 - £87,000 per annum, depending on experience.
