Job Summary
Delve Recruitment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in the South of the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering existing client relationships within your dedicated geographical area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building relationships with contractors, developers, and architects.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings, providing technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage sales enquiries, quotations, and orders, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Participate in design and pre-sale meetings, understanding project requirements through site surveys.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients and participate in international training or meetings.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Proven experience in sales within the construction or logistics industries, ideally with a focus on industrial or warehousing solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, leveraging a strong network within the construction and industrial sectors.
  • A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience to handle long sales cycles and project-based work.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand product applications and tailor solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and development, including a 12-week onboarding program and hands-on product training in Europe.
