Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize the risk of accidents and incidents
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures related to health and safety
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety best practices

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as health and safety, environmental science, or a related discipline
  • Membership of a relevant professional body such as IOSH or CMIOSH
  • Experience in health and safety, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £48,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
