About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the export process from start to finish, ensuring efficient deliveries and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the export process, including costing, invoicing, and customs entries
  • Obtain necessary information to ensure correct measures are in place and customer needs are met
  • Provide quotations to clients and/or global partners
  • Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and agents to obtain up-to-date shipment information
  • Ensure customers are fully informed of shipment progress
  • Provide transport companies with relevant information to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and files
  • Cover other offices' Air Exports when required
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in Air Exports within Freight Forwarding
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and proactive approach to improving processes
