Job Title: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Relief Support Workers. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting service users with complex learning disabilities to live independently in their own tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing respectful and personalized care and support to service users
  • Assisting service users to participate in community activities and promote their independence
  • Working flexibly, including weekends and sleep-in shifts, to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
  • Developing and maintaining warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families
  • Collaborating with colleagues and professionals to ensure a seamless and effective service
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of re-enablement principles and person-centered support
