Job Title: SEN Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEN Support Worker at a secondary SEN school in Swinton. As a SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex needs, providing respectful personal care, and administering medication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with complex needs in a small classroom setting
  • Provide respectful personal care and administer medication as required
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Assist with Moving and Handling training, using Hoists and PEG feeding as necessary

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Care Worker, Support Worker, or similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Enhanced DBS check and UK Right to Work permit

  • Competitive pay rate of £83.85+ per day, depending on experience
