  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-in shifts, to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and sustain warm, trusting relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with complex physical disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-in shifts.
  • Knowledge of re-enablement principles and person-centered support.
