Key Responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site duties.
- Oversee subcontractor management and deliver projects successfully.
- Implement Health & Safety policies and maintain high-quality standards.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly in new build and hotel sectors.
- Hold relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS) and possess a degree education.
An attractive salary ranging from £80,000-£100,000 per annum, along with benefits such as pension contributions and opportunities for career advancement.
