Our client is a charity that helps hospitals make a meaningful difference to the lives of patients, staff, and visitors at London hospitals. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced volunteering professional with health or charity sector experience to join our client and help grow the volunteering community.

The Volunteering Manager will lead the recruitment and management of volunteers, oversee the charity's on-site presence, and provide line management to the Volunteer Officer. To succeed in this role, you will need experience of working with volunteers, managing multiple projects, and delivering intended outcomes. You should also have knowledge of delivering health improvement programmes and evidence of continuous professional development.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week. The salary range is £45,943 - £50,778, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday per year, pension contributions, support towards healthcare costs, and life assurance.
