Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for leading various aspects of the volunteer journey, including initial attraction and onboarding, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for those interested in volunteering or working with us to engage our volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase volunteer engagement and retention
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new volunteers
  • Provide excellent customer service to volunteers and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
