Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data and Volunteer Services Manager to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months. The role will be based in London and involves working 35 hours per week.

About the Organisation
Our client is a charity that helps hospitals do more through grants, arts, volunteering, and fundraising. They aim to make a real difference in the community by providing impactful volunteering opportunities and essential administrative support.

The Role
As a Data and Volunteer Services Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for prospective volunteers and those connecting with our organisation. You will work closely with the Volunteering Manager to establish links with local communities, attract volunteers, and manage systems that track volunteer activities and contributions.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Experience in co-ordinating or managing volunteers or staff
  • The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
