About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Student Experience Site Project Leader. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation sites during the cladding project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with contractors on a daily basis to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Attend project meetings to discuss progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Organize and plan the movement of students out of their rooms while cladding works are being carried out.
  • Coordinate the cleaning of rooms during student move-in and move-out periods.
  • Handle any complaints, queries, or questions from students in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take ownership and accountability for the daily operations related to the site cladding project.
  • Ensure that our guests' satisfaction and experience remain positive.
  • Communicate effectively with the site Student Experience team and management.
  • Be flexible and collaborate with the site team as needed.
Requirements
  • A caring and warm individual with a positive attitude.
  • An excellent communicator who can effectively interact with students, contractors, and management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
