Ventrica is seeking a highly skilled French Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Upsell products and services to clients to drive revenue growth
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide product information and advice to clients to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

  • Fluent French language skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to clients
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
