About the Position

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs of each family and develop targeted support plans.
  2. Maintain accurate records of family interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  3. Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of child protection principles and practices.
  • The ability to foster trust and rapport with families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex family situations.

Degree in Social Work or relevant field
