We are seeking a highly skilled SEND Teacher to lead our special educational needs team on a part-time basis in a supportive school environment. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our dedicated staff as a SEND Co-ordinator, working closely with teachers and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.

As a SEND Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring progress, inputting data, and communicating effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to secure progress and improve outcomes for children with special educational needs. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the Senior Leadership team.

This role would suit a qualified teacher who has a passion for supporting children with additional needs and has experience of working in a primary setting. If you are an innovative and enthusiastic leader who is committed to ensuring that every child reaches their full potential, we would love to hear from you.

  • Candidates must hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • The position requires an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
  • A CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks explained is required
  • Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK

Based in Bury, this role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience. The school is committed to providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive, and staff can grow professionally.
