Job Description: We're looking for an exceptional Special Education Needs and Disabilities Co-Ordinator to join our team. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities, this could be your dream role

About the Role:
As a Special Education Needs and Disabilities Co-Ordinator, you'll be working within a client school, supporting the day-to-day SEND provision for pupils. You'll be a key member of the school community, positively impacting the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Your Responsibilities:
  • You'll proactively support the development and implementation of the SEND provision in the school
  • You'll collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure effective inclusion of students with SEND
  • You'll provide guidance and advice on SEND-related matters to colleagues and parents/carers
  • You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and monitor the SEND strategy

Your Requirements:
  • You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • You should possess or be willing to undertake training in the SENDCo role
  • You should have strong knowledge of SEND legislation, policies, and procedures
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £38,425 per annum, dependent on experience.
