Smart Teachers is recruiting a skilled SEND Teacher to work in Southwark, London. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development and well-being of children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Job Description

This role involves providing high-quality educational support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will work collaboratively with schools and other stakeholders to create inclusive learning environments.

  • This position requires you to design and deliver tailored lesson plans for students with SEND.
  • As a SEND Teacher, you will have flexibility in your schedule, choosing the days you work or opting for a longer-term placement.
  • Our competitive pay scale (£185 - £245 per day) reflects your experience and the length of your contract/agreement with a school.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Significant experience working with students with Special Needs, including creating individualized learning plans.
