**Key Responsibilities**

* Attend client meetings to showcase our range of high-end entertainment lighting products
* Conduct engaging product demonstrations to win over potential clients
* Regain relationships with old accounts and ensure client retention
* Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
* Manage and grow existing accounts, exceeding their expectations and needs
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events and installations

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Full UK Driving Licence
