About the Role

">

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Key Worker – Outreach and Engagement to join our high performing psychosocial drug and alcohol services team in Worcester. The successful candidate will provide flexible outreach, advice, advocacy, harm reduction, psychosocial interventions and work in close partnership with other agencies to case manage individuals presenting or in need, who have a history of substance misuse or alcohol related problems and additional complexities such as co-occurring conditions or homelessness.

  • Work closely with services users to give them the tools to create positive and lasting change.">
  • Collaborate with other agencies to case manage this cohort and access a full range of services.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have good Microsoft Office skills, be able to manage their own diary efficiently and proactively, and possess integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Estimated Salary: £25,250 - £30,044 per annum depending on experience.
