We are seeking an experienced Outreach Advisor to join our team in Worcester City.

As an Outreach Advisor, you will work closely with individuals presenting or in need, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

With a strong focus on trauma-informed practice, you will be responsible for delivering flexible outreach, advice, advocacy, harm reduction, and psychosocial interventions.

Estimated Salary: £28,176 per annum
