We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is an independent charity providing specialist treatment, harm reduction, and recovery services to individuals affected by drug and alcohol use.

Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our high-performing psychosocial drug and alcohol services team. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will provide a high-quality service to individuals presenting or in need of support due to substance misuse or co-occurring conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver flexible outreach, advice, advocacy, harm reduction, and psychosocial interventions to clients.
  • Work closely with other agencies to case manage clients and facilitate access to a full range of services.
  • Predominantly based in Worcester City, but may require outreach in other areas of the County based on client needs.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience working in a similar field.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check required for all posts.
Benefits

Competitive salary: £27,500 per annum. Potential for fixed term positions to become permanent during employment.
