We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team as an Operational Lead for the Wellbeing & Emotional Support Teams (WEST) in Hereford.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the expansion of our service, which provides evidence-based early interventions for children and young people experiencing mental health problems in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

As an Operational Lead, you will be responsible for managing our team in Hereford, ensuring that high-quality services are delivered to our clients. This will involve monitoring quality and performance through line management supervision, coordinating staff resources, and participating in training.

You will work closely with our leadership team to develop new integrated ways of working and lead in the provision of mentorship and preceptorship to staff. Your responsibilities will also include regularly reviewing performance, quality, and finance information, participating in meetings, and setting standards for development.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will be self-motivated, directed, and able to reflect on and critically appraise your practice.

The salary for this position is estimated at £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working options, attractive training packages, and opportunities for career progression.
