**Job Description:** Educational Coverage Coordinator (Chesterfield, United Kingdom)
We are seeking an experienced Educational Coverage Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chesterfield, United Kingdom.
Your primary responsibility will be to supervise classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning. Additional duties may include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, promoting student engagement and academic progress.
- Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress, supporting the development of effective learning strategies.
- Supporting students with their learning needs, adapting to individual requirements.
**Requirements:** To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in a school environment, with a strong understanding of classroom management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one, demonstrating your commitment to safeguarding vulnerable groups.
**Salary:** £100-£160 per day, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
