Job Title: Scheduling and Planning Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Scheduling and Planning Administrator to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the maintenance and repairs of property and ongoing remedial cases.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and coordinate the diaries of Operatives and Surveyors to deliver an effective service
* Take ownership of the coordination of the Operatives diaries to ensure works are completed in line with KPIs and SLAs
* Liaise with Managers, Surveyors, and Operatives to effectively coordinate works and ensure excellent customer service
* Liaise and engage with customers to schedule appointments and keep them updated
* Coordinate surveys and documents relevant to cases, ensuring all certifications are up to date and stored on in-house systems
* Ensure the raising of POs and the purchase ledger process are compliant with business financial requirements

Requirements:

* Experience of prioritizing workload in a busy working environment
* Excellent communication, administration, and customer service skills
* Excellent level of understanding of Microsoft programs and in-house database systems
* Knowledge of raising and scheduling jobs
* Organized, efficient, and a team player

Working Hours:

37 hours per week, office hours Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:

£14 per hour
